The challenge

Flow is a bed management solution for hospitals and care facilities, offering a modern solution that works across digital devices and replaces paperwork. It is designed to;

Enhance working practice – improve patient safety and experience with innovative patient flow technology
Reduce risks – remove paper-based processes and promote safer wards by sharing vital information in real-time
Improve the quality of care – enhance the patients’ experience of joined up care
Empower frontline workers – improve communication and user engagement with access to up-to-date information in real-time
Reduce overall length of stay – minimise delays in the communications and activities across multidisciplinary teams

We were tasked with creating an in-depth explainer video to introduce the product and illustrate these points.

The solution

We combined character narratives with accurate interpretations of the software interface to show how the product works in real world situations. We wanted the end user watching this video to feel like they can identify with the characters using the software and see how it can change and elevate their work management.
